Doing business with big enterprises in Russia or Eastern Europe

Target group: Companies, having internationalisation plans and are interested in entering Russian or Easter European market. Company has limited knowledge in dealing with the larger enterprises in the target market.

Objective: Aim is to increase awareness and basic understanding levels of doing business with big enterprises in Eastern Europe or Russia (target country area). Aim is to introduce the business culture and prepare the presentation materials. By achieving this, Finnish companies will be better prepared in delivering and presenting their product/service proposal in Eastern European or Russian markets.

Contents: Service can include the following actions (according to company´s needs)

  • Collect information about big enterprises in their field of operation, to include current status of affairs in the market, traditional or common business practices in the field, current/future trends (2 days)
  • Training on cultural differences to include how to do business in Russia (how and what to present) – 1 day
  • Interaction with companies on preparing presentation material (examples on how and what to present, adapt to local cultural needs) – 1 day

Duration: Expert service of 5 days (7 h/day).

Price: 5 000 € + vat 24 %. Travelling costs are not included.
