Anna-Elisa Orajärvi

I studied law in Lapland and my roots are there. My work history includes positions as a salesperson, HR and law teacher. I am also a legalized real estate broker (abbreviated LKV). In my career and in my everyday life in general, I have been able to follow the operations of SMEs closely.

In law and business, I am fascinated by anticipation, perceiving and managing the big picture, and turning challenges into opportunities in the end. In any case, there is something you can learn from everything. I strive for continuous development, however, knowing every step in between. It would be even better if I, for my part, could support someone else’s development and see its results. I believe that this trait has been the strongest that has driven me to my current duties as well.

I spent my youth with horses, competing at the national level in show jumping. Nowadays, I practice and coach others within the limits of the schedule. My years as a competitive athlete, and especially working with horses, taught me perseverance, situational sensitivity and responsibility. The most important thing for me is to learn that no victory is achieved without fail, and success always ultimately follows those who have the passion to do things as well, not just to win.
