Oksana Dugert

I support my clients in expanding their business to other parts of the world. My multicultural background helps: working in Canada-Ukraine Partners Office, UN and UNDP outposts in Ukraine and also living in Russia, USA, Canada and France.

I speak Polish, French, Russian, English and also German and Spanish to some extent. I have implemented projects in Ukraine where I started in 2007, Poland and Belarus, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, the Czech and Slovak Republics, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. I also have experience in the Hungarian, French and German markets.

I love my job as a consultant. It allows me to integrate my background in journalism (desk research investigations and interviews) with potential local partners, my international experience and even my hobby in being a guide in Ukraine and other places that I know well.

My other hobbies are gardening in the countryside (with the help of my two dogs) and travelling around the world. I usually ignore the maps for the sake of asking strangers about directions and practicing languages.
