Target group

Companies who are either starting an internationalisation process, or
have internationalisation experience and wish to investigate
possibilities in a new market.

Objective

To help companies to understand the market area and their biggest
competitors in the area which they wish to operate. The company will
understand better their situation in the market and their strength
comparing to the competitors.

Contents

Service can include the following actions (according to company´s
needs)

– Provide an overview of the market – structure, trends, future
opportunities.
– Investigate companies already established in the market –
market share, products and services provided, pricing
structure, any other relevant information available.
– Provide a SWOT analysis.
– Recommendations from the consultant.
