Mika Lallukka

I have over thirty years of experience in sales, management and business development. I have worked in various roles from listed companies to smaller growth companies and have been involved in situations where I have had to sell, lead, solve problems, innovate – and sometimes also survive.

I coach people directly and honestly, but always humanely. For me, work is not about repeating ready-made models, but every situation is a new opportunity to meet a person, make thinking visible and find a concrete step forward. I am an experienced business coach and trainer with almost a thousand days of coaching experience.

In my coaching, I do not lecture, but discuss. I also dare to ask the questions that others often avoid. Often, insight arises precisely in the moment when things get a little quiet.

I do not like unnecessary pushing, and I do coaching and consulting in a relaxed manner – and sometimes even barefoot.

In my free time, I take photos, do Rotary activities and go to concerts. My latest hobby is Japanese rope art.
